Visiting a settlement that has been built into the massive wreck of a hulking ship, half-buried in the wastes, you discover that it has been plagued by a sickness, not unlike that which consumed the once great desert cities of Marn. One of the local healers knows of a way to cure the sickness, but is too weak to venture into the desert dunes himself to find the Life Water needed.
